Vacation Storebuilder will allow individual and multi-property vacation rental marketing managers and property owners to easily create and manage branded websites with end-to-end reservation and integrated online marketing capabilities.

Q: How much technical knowledge will I need to create the site?

None! Using the Vacation Storebuilder interface requires no HTML knowledge for the design and content management of your site.

Q: How long does it typically take to create a website using VSB?

On average 3-5 days depending on the amount of content and functionalities you use.

Q: What level of customer support do you offer?

We will provide unlimited online and telephone support during the setup process. There will be continued unlimited online support and several hours of phone support per month (depending on your package).

Q: What are the benefits to me/my company?

Vacation Storebuilder will provide various options to interface with major credit card processing systems.

Q: How will I be alerted when a reservation is made online?

Within the system settings of VSB, you will input the email address that a copy of the reservation should be sent to. The guest who books the reservation will automatically receive a copy of the reservation sent to their email address as well.

Q: How do I manage my inventory?

VSB inventory management system automatically deducts inventory when a booking is made and is added back when a booking is cancelled. You can manage the inventory manually by logging into VSB. An API can also be created to interface with your C.R.S. (Central Reservation System). Call 877-303-8540 for details.

Q: What are the options for customers to reserve & book using VSB?

VSB has a secure online booking engine that allows customers to book using a credit card. Customers who may have additional questions or do not want to book online can fill out a reservation request form. You can populate a phone number on the site as well to provide the option for customers to call you.

Q: What options do I have to track my online web traffic? Is it free?

VSB reporting engine is integrated with Google Analytics and will provide incoming web traffic and purchasing data.

Q: What is the online security for people who book on my website?

VSB has incorporated security layers that are PCI compliant and uses SSL 128 encryption to provide secure online booking.
